May 20, 2006 brought together volunteers comprised of Starbucks employees
and customers, Skagit Parks Foundation board members and Skagit
Parks and Recreation staff to eradicate invasive scotch broom from
the Sares Head area at Sharpe Park. This
was a very hard working day for all of our volunteers and the task
seemed overwhelming but we made a big impact. Thank you to everyone!
